How to Buy

We have facilities for online payment through PayPal.

If you are new to online purchasing:
use the "Add to Basket" button to make selections. You can check and edit your purchases at any time by using the "View Basket" Button. When you have made a selection follow the promts to place your order, leave your shipping address and arrange payment.

Don't worry if you do not have a PayPal account - you can still use the system and make payments.
Please note that all orders over £9.95 include Post and Packing for Mainland UK.
(For Orders under £9.95 there is a charge of £2.00 for Post and Packing.)
For other areas please contact us for a quotation.

If you prefer to buy by Mail Order please follow the steps below:

 Make a note of the Product codes for any of the items that you would like to buy.
2 If you like, you can print off a copy of our standard order form and fill this out as you go. (See link below.)
3 Calculate the total value of your purchase.
(There are links to our Price Lists which you can use as a quick reference.)
4 Clearly indicate the Product Codes and quantities that you require.
(You can use the order form for this but it is not essential.)
5 Make out a Cheque or Postal Order payable to Bertol Canmer Limited for the full amount.
If your order is for less than £9.95 please include £2.00 to cover Post & Packing.

 Send your payment plus order requirements to:
Bertol Canmer Limited, Number Two, Hawthorne Terrace,
Leek, Staffordshire, ST13 6AW.
Please remember to enclose a DELIVERY ADDRESS!
7 Keep a copy of the details for your own records.

We hope to send out orders within a few days, but please allow 14 days for delivery
If you are paying by cheque we will dispatch the goods once the payment has cleared.

If you are not pleased with your purchases when they arrive,
return them in good condition, in the packaging in which they were posted,
within 14 days, and we will refund your payment.

We must be notified of any goods damaged in transit within seven days of receipt.
